Στο inkart.gr μαζεύουμε όσο λιγότερα στοιχεία γίνεται: μόνο όσα μας στέλνεις εσύ, για να σου απαντήσουμε. Δεν έχουμε διαφημιστικά cookies ούτε εργαλεία παρακολούθησης.
Ποιοι είμαστε

Τι στοιχεία μαζεύουμε
- Φόρμα επικοινωνίας: το όνομά σου, email ή τηλέφωνο, την υπηρεσία που σε ενδιαφέρει και το μήνυμά σου.
- Όταν μας καλείς ή μας γράφεις (τηλέφωνο, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook): ό,τι μας πεις εσύ.
- Τεχνικά στοιχεία: όπως σε κάθε site, ο διακομιστής που μας φιλοξενεί καταγράφει αυτόματα στοιχεία όπως η διεύθυνση IP, ο τύπος του browser και η ώρα της επίσκεψης, για λόγους ασφάλειας.
Γιατί τα χρησιμοποιούμε
Για να απαντήσουμε στο αίτημά σου, να ετοιμάσουμε προσφορά και να εκτελέσουμε την παραγγελία σου (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχείο β του Γενικού Κανονισμού Προστασίας Δεδομένων), και για την ασφάλεια του site (έννομο συμφέρον, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχείο στ).
Δεν πουλάμε τα στοιχεία σου και δεν τα δίνουμε σε τρίτους για διαφήμιση.
Πόσο καιρό τα κρατάμε
Όσο χρειάζεται για να εξυπηρετηθεί το αίτημά σου. Αν γίνει παραγγελία, τα στοιχεία της συναλλαγής κρατιούνται για όσο ορίζει η φορολογική νομοθεσία.
Υπηρεσίες τρίτων που χρησιμοποιεί το site
- Web3Forms: παραδίδει το μήνυμα της φόρμας στο email μας.
- Χάρτες: ο χάρτης στη σελίδα «Επικοινωνία» είναι της Google (Google Maps) και ο χάρτης στην Αρχική του OpenStreetMap. Όταν φορτώνουν, οι πάροχοι αυτοί λαμβάνουν τη διεύθυνση IP σου, και η Google μπορεί να τοποθετήσει δικά της cookies.
- Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber: είναι απλοί σύνδεσμοι. Στοιχεία σου φτάνουν σε αυτές τις υπηρεσίες μόνο αν πατήσεις τον σύνδεσμο.
- Email και φιλοξενία: τα μηνύματα και το site φιλοξενούνται σε εξωτερικούς παρόχους.
Ορισμένοι από αυτούς τους παρόχους βρίσκονται εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και επεξεργάζονται τα δεδομένα σύμφωνα με τις δικές τους πολιτικές απορρήτου.
Cookies και αποθήκευση στον browser
Το site δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies διαφήμισης ή στατιστικών. Αποθηκεύει μόνο στον δικό σου browser τρεις ρυθμίσεις: τη γλώσσα, το φωτεινό ή σκούρο θέμα, και ότι έχεις δει την εισαγωγή. Οι ρυθμίσεις αυτές δεν φτάνουν ποτέ σε εμάς και σβήνουν όταν καθαρίσεις τα δεδομένα του browser.
Τα δικαιώματά σου
Μπορείς να ζητήσεις να δεις, να διορθώσεις ή να σβήσεις τα στοιχεία σου, να περιορίσεις ή να αρνηθείς τη χρήση τους, και να τα πάρεις σε ψηφιακή μορφή. Γράψε μας στο info@inkart.gr και θα σου απαντήσουμε μέσα σε έναν μήνα.
Αν θεωρείς ότι δεν χειριστήκαμε σωστά τα δεδομένα σου, μπορείς να απευθυνθείς στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (www.dpa.gr).

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email or phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you call or write to us (phone, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook): whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data: as on every website, the hosting server automatically logs details such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security reasons.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out your order (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request. If it becomes an order, the transaction details are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Third-party services used by this website
- Web3Forms: delivers the form message to our email.
- Maps: the map on the Contact page is provided by Google (Google Maps) and the map on the home page by OpenStreetMap. When they load, these providers receive your IP address, and Google may set its own cookies.
- Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber: these are plain links. Your data reaches those services only if you follow the link.
- Email and hosting: our messages and the website are hosted by external providers.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union and process data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores three settings in your own browser only: your language, the light or dark theme, and that you have seen the intro. These settings never reach us and are removed when you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in digital form. Write to info@inkart.gr and we will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Changes
If anything changes, we will update this page.
